WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to Singapore and West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia). We do not ship to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) or any other countries at this time.
Within Singapore, we deliver to all residential and commercial addresses including HDB, condominiums, landed properties, and offices.
Within West Malaysia, we deliver to all standard residential and commercial addresses. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES
Singapore
• Free shipping on all orders with a minimum of SGD $99.9
• A flat shipping fee of SGD $10 applies to all orders below SGD $99.90
West Malaysia
• Free shipping on all orders above SGD $300.
• A flat shipping fee of SGD $20 applies to all orders below SGD $300, for packages weighing up to 5kg.
• Malaysian Sales and Service Tax (SST) is applicable on all orders shipped to Malaysia. SST will be collected directly by the courier upon delivery. Please ensure you are prepared to pay the SST amount before your parcel can be released.
All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

SHIPPING METHOD & COURIER
All orders are shipped via EasyParcel, a multi-carrier shipping platform. Depending on availability and delivery location, your order may be fulfilled by one of the courier services available on the EasyParcel platform (e.g. Ninja Van, Pos Laju, DHL eCommerce, or similar).
Tracking availability depends on the courier assigned to your order. If you wish to track your delivery, please contact us at lfhbspl@gmail.com or +65 8205 5118 with your order number and we will provide tracking details where available.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed on business days (Tuesday to Sunday). Please note we are closed on Mondays and maybe on Singapore public holidays.
• Orders placed before 12pm (noon) on a business day will generally be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 12pm or on a Monday / public holiday will be processed the next available business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Singapore
Once dispatched, standard delivery within Singapore typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the courier and your location.
West Malaysia
Once dispatched, delivery to West Malaysia typically takes up to 10 business days, subject to customs clearance and SST payment processing. Please note that your parcel will only be released for final delivery once the SST has been paid to the courier. Delays in SST payment will result in corresponding delays in delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
During peak periods such as public holidays, major sales events, or adverse weather conditions, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR MALAYSIAN ORDERS
The following applies specifically to orders shipped to West Malaysia:
• Only Wangyuan camel milk products are available for international shipping. The KeepFit moxibustion massager is currently available for Singapore delivery only.
• Malaysian SST will be collected by the courier upon delivery. This is a government-imposed tax and is not included in the product price or shipping fee charged at checkout. Please be prepared to pay this amount upon receipt.
• If you are unable or refuse to pay the SST, the parcel may be held or returned. Return shipping costs in such cases will be borne by the customer.
• Once an order has been dispatched to Malaysia, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
• For perishable products (camel milk), please ensure someone is available to receive and pay the SST promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from delays caused by unpaid SST or failed delivery attempts.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR MALAYSIAN ORDERS
Due to the complexities of cross-border returns, a modified exchange policy applies to all orders shipped to West Malaysia:
• Exchanges are only accepted if the product is confirmed defective or damaged upon delivery.
• You must contact us at lfhbspl@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the defective product and packaging.
• If the exchange is approved, we will arrange and fully cover the courier pickup from your Malaysian address at no cost to you.
• No exchanges are accepted for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or opened products.
• All other terms of our Return & Exchange Policy apply.

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information for your order is available on request. If you would like to track your delivery, please contact us at lfhbspl@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 8205 5118 with your order number and we will provide you with the tracking details.
If you have not received any update on your order within 2 business days of placing it, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

FAILED DELIVERIES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification card or contact you directly to arrange a re-delivery. Additional re-delivery fees charged by the courier will be borne by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
We take great care in packing your orders. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, please:
• Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items upon receipt.
• Contact us at lfhbspl@gmail.com or +65 8205 5118 within 7 days of delivery.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that once an order has been handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We strongly recommend checking your parcel upon receipt before signing off.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
Camel milk and camel milk powder (Wangyuan) are perishable products. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage or deterioration resulting from failed delivery attempts or prolonged time left unattended after delivery.
