Having held executive roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer and Acting COO—as well as progressive leadership positions within the L’Oréal Group and LVMH (Moët Hennessy Diageo)—Jonathon’s career was built on establishing uncompromising global standards, governance, and operational excellence.

In 2025, after years of building businesses overseas, a profound shift in family priorities brought Jonathon back home to Singapore. Transitioning away from the corporate boardroom, he turned his operational focus toward something far more fundamental: longevity, daily vitality, and family health.
