LF Health & Beauty Solutions was founded by Jonathon Lau, a senior business leader with over two decades of experience driving organizational transformation across the Asia-Pacific. Having held executive roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer and Acting COO—as well as progressive leadership positions within the L’Oréal Group and LVMH (Moët Hennessy Diageo)—Jonathon’s career was built on establishing uncompromising global standards, governance, and operational excellence.

In 2025, after years of building businesses overseas, a shift in family priorities brought Jonathon back to Singapore. Transitioning away from the corporate boardroom, he turned his operational focus toward something far more fundamental: longevity and health.

Managing his own chronic joint injuries from years of competitive basketball, and simultaneously seeking reliable nutritional support to rebuild his 80-year-old mother's strength, Jonathon quickly realized that the consumer wellness market was crowded with unverified claims and compromised quality.
