At wangyuansg.com, we offer a monthly subscription option for selected products, including our Wangyuan camel milk range. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how you can manage them, and how to cancel if needed.

HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen product on a monthly basis. Here is what to expect:
• Your subscription will be billed on a monthly cycle, starting from the date of your first order.
• Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you have chosen to pay in advance.
• Subscriptions will auto-renew each month unless you choose to pause or cancel.
• You will receive a reminder notification at least 3 days before each renewal charge so you have sufficient time to make any changes or cancel if needed.
• Each subscription delivery is subject to our standard Shipping Policy, including our free shipping threshold of SGD $100.

SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAMMES & PROMOTIONS
We offer subscription programmes that may include bonus deliveries or promotional benefits. The details of current subscription programmes — including any bundle offers or free month promotions — are listed on our Promotions page on wangyuansg.com. Please refer to the active promotion at the time of your purchase for full details.
Regardless of the programme you sign up for, all subscriptions carry a validity period of 12 months from the date of your first order. All deliveries under your subscription must be completed within this 12-month window. Unused deliveries that fall outside the validity period will not be carried forward or refunded. This validity period will be clearly communicated to you at the point of purchase and in your order confirmation.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You are in full control of your subscription at any time. You can manage it in the following ways:
• Via your order confirmation email — every order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription. You can use this to view upcoming deliveries, update your delivery address, or make changes to your order.
• By contacting us directly — reach us at lfhbspl@gmail.com or +65 8205 5118 and we will assist you with any changes.
Changes you can make include:
• Updating your delivery address.
• Updating your payment method.
• Pausing your subscription — you may pause between deliveries at any time, provided all remaining deliveries are completed within the 12-month validity period from your first order date.
• Changing the quantity of your subscription order.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next delivery, your cancellation request must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the next renewal date may result in one final charge and delivery being processed. In such cases, our standard Return & Exchange Policy will apply to that final order.
If you cancel after being charged but before your order has been dispatched, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.
To cancel your subscription, please:
• Use the subscription management link in your order confirmation email, or
• Contact us at lfhbspl@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 8205 5118 with your order number and request to cancel.
We will confirm your cancellation by email or WhatsApp within the same business day, or by the next business day at the latest. No further charges will be made after the cancellation is confirmed.

REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
As our subscription products include Wangyuan camel milk and camel milk powder, which are perishable consumables, the following applies to all subscription orders:
• No refunds are offered on subscription orders once the product has been dispatched.
• No returns or refunds are accepted on opened products.
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Subscription pricing is subject to change. We will notify you at least 14 days in advance of any price changes affecting your subscription.
• We reserve the right to cancel or pause a subscription if there are repeated failed payment attempts. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp if this occurs.
• Subscriptions are for personal or household use only and may not be resold or transferred.

SUBSCRIPTION OFFERS & PRICING GUARANTEE
From time to time, wangyuansg.com may introduce new subscription offers, packages, or promotional pricing. These new offerings may differ in price, frequency, product bundle, or other terms from your existing subscription.
However, if you are already an active subscriber, the price and terms you signed up for will remain unchanged for the duration of your current subscription period. You will not be automatically moved to a new plan or pricing tier mid-subscription.
Any changes to pricing or terms will only take effect at the point of renewal, and we will notify you at least 14 days in advance before any such changes apply to your account. At that point, you will have the option to:
• Continue with the updated terms upon renewal, or
• Switch to a new subscription offer if you prefer, or
• Cancel your subscription before the renewal date (at least 48 hours prior) with no further charges.
We believe in transparency and will always communicate any changes clearly so you can make the best decision for yourself.
